Stop by Lapeer District Library branches for chance to win tickets to Tiger games
LAPEER — National Library Week is an annual event in April (April 9-15) dedicated to celebrating libraries, their services and their patrons. This year, the Lapeer District Library is starting the celebration early with a contest for tickets to watch the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park.
To enter, stop by any of the seven Lapeer District Library branches to grab a contest sheet and a branch sticker. The libraries include the Marguerite deAngeli Library Branch on West Nepessing as well as branches in Clifford, Columbiaville, Elba, Hadley, Metamora and Otter Lake. Guests will receive one entry per branch that you visit, so visit as many branches as you can. If area residents collect stickers from six branches, when they turn in their contest form they will receive six entries.
Contest forms need to be turned into any branch by April 12. The winner will receive a $100 Detroit Tigers Gift Card which can be used to purchase tickets on the date of your choice or other Detroit Tiger’s merchandise.
Stop by any branch to pick up your National Library Week contest form today.
