LAPEER — The Lapeer Elks’ popular Ace of Hearts game is being held every week at Louie’s Sports Tavern in Lapeer. The game gives local residents a chance to win a growing jackpot while simultaneously helping the local community.
The Ace of Hearts is held every Monday night at Louie’s, located on Davison Road with the Polar Palace. At 8:30 p.m. every Monday the Elks draw one ticket out of a bowl and that ticket holder has the chance to pick from one playing card in a deck of cards. Whoever finds the Ace of Hearts card immediately wins the jackpot, which grows each week along with ticket sales.
The jackpot this upcoming Monday is expected to be well over $5,000.
Tickets cost $1 each and are available at Louie’s and the Lapeer Elks Lodge on East Nepessing Street in downtown Lapeer. Ticket sales end each week at 8 p.m. at Louie’s. Cash prizes are also available for finding other special cards.
For more information about the Lapeer Elks’ Ace of Hearts game, call the Elks Lodge at 810-664-3216 or Louie’s Sports Tavern at 810-667-1500.
